Shipping and Returns
We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India and Internationally. As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are shipped within 3 days. All orders are shipped from our studio in Surat using India Post, DTDC and Blue Dart.
SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
We offer free shipping on all products.
Once shipped please allow 3-5 working days from dispatch for your goods to reach the destination. The cost of return or exchange is to be borne by the customer.
We offer free shipping on orders whose net amount is above 100$. For orders below the net amount of 100$, we ship at a flat rate of 10$. Please be aware that the above shipping charges are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that may levy upon reaching the destination country. We have no control over these charges and are unable to estimate what they may be.
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Every single piece of garment at Wear Me Good goes through stringent quality checks. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products, which are delivered in perfect condition. If you’ve had an incorrect product delivered to you (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation), if you find that you’ve made an error with size (for clothing), or if the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we will be happy to exchange your product for a replacement.
If you would like to exchange a piece of clothing for a different size or have received a defective product please write to us within 7 days of delivery. We will be happy to, following a quality check, offer you an exchange or refund, which will be processed in 7 working days. Products cannot be exchanged or returned for reasons other than the above.
To exchange a product or report any damages in transit please get in touch with our customer care within 7 days of delivery at email@example.com with your order number, date of the transaction, delivery address and an image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. Our customer care team will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours. We typically make a reverse pick-up within 2-3 days.
Wear Me Good team holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer. We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the recipient refuses the package.
If an International customer refuses to pay the duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect the order from our Shipping agency, Wear Me Good will not be liable for a refund.
